Work Description: repair sub floor and put down luxury vinyl floor and this Job also included the main rug to be cut. Transition pieces to be placed.
Comments: January 17th an estimate was given by All Work home improvement of $400 for flooring, $200 sub floor, and $50 for removal of debris. With wok to start on the following Monday Jan 23rd. They called monday to inform us that they had equipment issues and that they would be here on Tuesday. On Tuesday a worker name Dennis arrived to do Job. After a trip to Lowes we picked up the initial flooring and transition pieces were discussed. The flooring was installed and I returned to Lowes to purchase transition pieces. After his (Dennis) evaluation of the floor he stated that we did not need a sub floor and that liquid nails would do the repair job. I returned with the transition pieces and I assumed that Dennis was experienced in this type of work He was paid in full. He completed the flooring but when I inspected his work I found nails that were loose the cut was sharp and unsafe. Several calls and emails later Promises of them to return to fix these issues were not honored. Several times they promised to come but never showed or called. Now I am with a unsafe floor and no resources to repair. I feel that I was overcharged.Orlando FL
