Work Description: They came out to unclog a sewer line on the 13th the line is backed up on the 17th. Plus the plumber was very rude

Dear April, as you do remember you called us on the 13th and wanted an estimate on snaking your main sewer line because it was backing up. When we gave you a price on the phone that didn’t fit your budget, you asked if we can do it for you for $150 (almost half the price what we originally charge) because it’s all you had on you and the remaining would be paid by the end of the week. As a courtesy to you and being a first time customer, we agreed to do the job for you for the amount you had requested and for no additional charges. When you called us back on the 17th, we were clear that there would be an additional charge to send someone out because you had a problem with your line and it needed to be replaced and our tech was clear on that with you and told you we can’t gurantee the job for that reason knowing that it will continue to clog. Thus, we do apologize you weren’t satisfied with our service, but we did everything we can to help you.

Work Description: Technician replaced washing machine water supply faucet in a difficult-to-work-in situation. Did a very good job. Cleaned up area well afterward.
The tech, Abrahim, was very professional and gentlemanly, and was easy to work with.

When I asked him to look at another job regarding my boiler, he recognized immediately that that problem was beyond his level of expertise. He called for assistance. His associate came when expected and was very helpful in working with me to diagnose the problem.

I was very impressed with both technicians, both with their attitude and with their professionalism. I will call them again in a heartbeat if I ever have any more plumbing, heating or cooling problems at my house.

The best person in the firm however might be the receptionist-secretary, Brittany, who took my call, scheduled the techs, and worked with me to rearrange schedules when severe weather interfered with the original scheduled plan. She stayed in touch before, during and after this incident, and her consistent initiative and flexibility in helping me get these problems fixed right was very reassuring. I hope her technicians appreciate how much her effort contributed to my good feelings about their good work.
