Work Description: Full bathroom tear out and remodel.
Exterior maintenance work.
Key criteria for this project included quality work, a fair price and most importantly finding a contractor we could place our trust and confidence in. Todd responded quickly to our initial request for quotes for multiple projects and followed up immediately with agreed to changes as we refined the scope of each project. The presentation of the quotes were professional and detailed which helped avoid any questions as to the scope and cost of project work through the entire process. We have remodeled several homes in the past and by far we felt Todd and his entire crew respected our home as if it were their own. The entire team was extremely conscientious in respecting our interests and provided quality work throughout the project. As changes were made during the project all were thoroughly documented on follow-up work orders so throughout the entire process we were aware of costs due to changes we or the project necessitated as we progressed through the renovations.
The quality of the results measure the quality of the services provided by Alexander Enterprises., Todd earned our trust as someone who we believe always kept our interests forefront in the project. We would most definitely recommend and use him for any future projects we might require.
