Comments: Alladdin did a great job at my home., I was very impressed! We had a door come off the rail & we couldn't raise or close the door. It was scary to have the door wide open. Anyone had access to our garage & home. Chris, the owner, came very quickly. He was professional, polite, and kept me informed about what he was doing all through the process. The rates were VERY reasonable, especially for ALL the work he did. I really felt like he was honest, fair & was truly concerned about making the repair. I also was impressed that he took a look at both doors, openers, rails etc to be sure there were no potential issues looming. He did the check up without me even asking. I found out that he is a locally owned company & it makes me feel good to support a small locally owned business. I highly recommend Aladdin Doors of Austin to friends & family. They did a great job, responded quick & the rates were very, very fair!Austin TX

Comments: Great customer service and prompt response.After realizing my current doors couldn't be fixed for less cost than new doors, Chris helped figure out how to get the new doors in the time frame I needed and found great solutions when the old house wood rot presented itself as the old doors were torn out.
He was very professional and I would highly recommend this company!

Work Description: Replaced broken spring, maded sure door was properly working, checked and lubed entire door.
Comments: Aladdin doors was half the quoted price of others in the area. Chris was on time, very friendly and was very thorough with explaining parts cost and what needed to be done. I highly recommend Him!-
