Work Description: Repair a gas leak in a stove burner.
Comments: Job was completed satisfactorily. My only complaint had to with scheduling. Original appointment was Tuesday, first postponed to Wednesday, then postponed to Friday (Thursday was Thanksgiving), when they finally arrived (on time). Postponement reason (both times) was emergency calls.Norwalk CT

Work Description: My new stove would not fit in the same space as the old stove because the gas valve was hitting the back of the new stove. Adam suggested rotating the valve and replacing it with a smaller one to gain a couple more inches.
Comments: Adam called me immediately and offered a free consultation the same day. He suggested moving the valve vs. moving the entire gas pipe, as a first try, and if that did not gain enough space for the stove,then he would quote a price to reconfigure the pipe. Fortunately, the valve modification worked sufficiently for me. I felt he and his employees were very professional and helpful, and I appreciated that they did a free consultation and then were able to schedule the job for the following day.
