Comments: My client's home was closing the next day! After my client's used the same A/C repair company that installed their HVAC systems for their Buyer's home inspection A/C repairs they noticed the drain pan in the attic was filling up again. I called Mark and he was able to come out at 8 a.m. the day of closing. They had to cut a pipe and adjust the HVAC system since it was not balanced properly at time of installation and unclog the condensation line. Days after the closing, once full, the safety switch would eventually turn off the A/C system. I was so thankful Adjustable Services was able to fix with such short notice in August!!! Work Description: Called adjustable services when we came home to a hot humid home. They were able to send one of theres guys out right away. Got our a/c fixed within 15 mins. There guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Comments: Adjustable Services definitely deserves my 5-Star rating. My AC unit stopped working last night and my indoor temperature climbed to a suffocating 84 degrees today. I called several of the 'big" HVAC companies until I found this company and was immediately impressed with their professionalism. When the tech arrived, he had my AC unit up and running within 15 minutes!!! Don't go to the high priced "big boys" on the Internet. This company will take care of you and won't charge you an arm and a leg. I am 63-years old and just want to say that it’s hard these days to find a company that really cares about their customers and who you can trust. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. Work Description: Installed a dual fuel system of heat pump/gas pack.
Comments: They arrived when they said they would and went right to work installing the system. They removed our old gas pack and hauled it away. All the workers were polite and did their work in a timely manner. They also installed a programmable thermostat. We are pleased so far with the system. It is a Tempstar unit.
