Work Description: Power wash and paint house

Comments: Found Ron online. He called immediately and 2 days later he was here power washing the house, driveway and sidewalk. He have me a reasonable estimate and stuck to that price. He arrived when he said he would and he and son Ron Jr did all the work in 3 days time. Everyday the place was picked up with nothing left on property. We are very glad to have chosen Promark for our paint job. The house looks beautiful. Ron wants to make sure your house looks the best it can be. I highly recommend Sr and Jr.

Comments: As I was looking through my phone for painters, I found two numbers and got their estimates. Ron’s estimate was hundreds of dollars less. So of course he got the job. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and a great painter. He repainted our outdoor patio from dark brown to gray to match our newly installed flooring. He did an excellent job and our patio is our new chill hangout spot. We even had an unfortunate accident on a wall in the kitchen in which he touched it up at no extra charge. Promark Painting was quick, clean, and very thorough and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Comments: Ron promised the world but delivered a sloppy mess. His crew did not prep anything, if it was dirty they painted it. Did not tape a thing I have paint on every outlet and section of floor in the house, if they could slop paint on it they did. On walk through with Ron we found to many spots to count that needed to be touched up, they had to stay another day and weren't happy. I also said use drop cloths and clean up,
When we came back the next day, still unpainted spots, paint drips and runs down doors and trim. RON said to my wife "your to picky". OK Ron your done, time to go.
Says he has 30 years experience, its a crying shame he isn't better at painting than he is. We are fixing and cleaning what Ron should have. Please save your money and sanity and have anyone else paint for you.

A water line busted in our house and flooded everything. Ron, Ron Jr, and Bernie all gave us their all!!! These guys do amazing work. They are very down on earth and honest. They painted and did some renovations on the outside of our home a couple or few years back and did a great job.

Comments: Promark Painting is a father/son business we hired to paint the exterior of our home. To say they did a great job is an understatement. Ron Sr and Ron Jr don't cut corners. They caulk, putty, and nail down everything that needs it before they ever start painting. The paint job itself was amazing. They sprayed and then bankrolled it for a flawless finish. They were very reasonable, great to work with, and got the project done on time and on budget. As Ron Sr likes to say, "we'll do everything we told you we'd do and then some." And they did! Highly recommend.

Comments: Wow!! Promark Painting really went the extra mile to transform our backyard project. We couldn’t possibly be happier with the results. We recently hired them to repaint our very large, and very old, deck and pergola. In addition, they repainted and replaced the window trim on our pool house, and painted our back fence, garage door, and gates. The work they did was just superb!! We chose them primarily because they will replace deck boards if they need it and fill in the cracks on weathered boards to make everything look smooth. Not many companies do that; most just want to paint. Ron Sr and Ron Jr removed all the old paint by thoroughly power washing first. I feel confident this paint won’t be coming off. Another example of going the extra mile is they pointed out and fixed an unsafe sag in the pergola ceiling and even fixed a sag in the fence. Their prices were very reasonable, clean up was great, and they were awesome to work with from start to finish. They take a lot of pride in their work and it shows! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and particularly to those in need of more than just a paint job. We will definitely hire them again for any future painting projects.

Comments: Our house flooded because of plumbing. Ron Sr and his son took out sheetrock 4ft off the floor.replaced with new sheetrock.did tape-floatand texture matched beautifully. Painted all walls and trim throughout the entire house. Repaired some doors so would not have to replace them. Ron Sr and Jr are very talented and they helped us save money every where they could.i thanked our good friend for helping us Locate the right company to help us put our house back together. I had work done a few months ago and was promised touchups if there were spots missing after paint work. Part of my fence needed work and other areas had spots that were missed. Contacted for touchups and kept getting the run around. Was a one a done job. Will go elsewhere for my painting needs.

Comments: Big 0. These people are nothing but liars. Ron said that he had years of experience, and that he will finish the house for us in less than a week. A whole week went by and nothing was fully completed. They were very careless with our furniture and items by getting paint on our furniture, and even breaking a couple of our stuff. They seemed very careless and like they didn’t want to work. They would show up at 10, and by 12 they would leave a whole 2 hours for lunch. Our walls had blemishes because the new coat couldn’t properly cover the dark colors we had. Even though I asked him to use primer before hand, in which he tells me no, he’s just going to use 2 or 3 coats of paint because the color itself will be better than primer. After seeing how it wasn’t properly covering certain parts of the wall, I asked him to use a 3rd coat of paint. He then continues to say he already did 2 coats and can’t do 3. After a whole week of them working with nothing getting done, my husband and I got fed up and told them that we are not satisfied with the work. I showed them all the areas I wasn’t satisfied with. Ron responded with ok and said he was going to get another gallon of paint. They ended up grabbing all their stuff, and they left never coming back.

The estimate given was very reasonable and explained in detail before I decided to hire them. Ron helped me with color selections and gave me suggestions when asked. Wow!! Comments: Who would think you could update your tile roof by having it painted? Promark used a special kind of paint and flawless technique to make an amazing difference to my home in the Dominion. So glad I found them otherwise I would have had to live with the ugly tile roof color or spend $60k plus to replace the roof tiles. They did it for a fraction of the cost and it looks great!

I told ralph it was raining out side. He could see that anyway. He was supposed to furnish everything. I wanted to come back when the sun was out.very weird guy. Comments: Was Leary on his quote to do the job. Being the other quotes we’re twice as much. Ron his son, Bernie and a helper did an outstanding job. They power washed the hole house and storage unit. Power washed all the rock work and decking without charging me. Which hadn’t been done in 37 years. They painted the roof in 100 degrees temperatures. Worked steady and effectively as a team should. I have a nit picking wife that using a magnifying glass would not surprise me while walking and checking the completion of the job. She as I, were totally satisfied with the outcome. I have already recommended Promark to a good friend. As I will continue to do so.

Comments: We decided to go with them because their price is reasonable unlike other painting companies in the city that gave us exorbitant prices.
We are glad that we made the right choice. Ron and his team did a phenomenal and excellent job. Our rental house looks immaculate and it's now being rented.

We like the fact that they gave us the quote right away and finish the job before the due date. We would absolutely and highly recommend Ron and his team. We'll definitely use them again that's for sure

Comments: Ronald and Bernie came and gave a bid in my dads doctors office they beat all the other bids and said they could get big done in 2 days..so we hired them to do the job..what I loved about them they said everything they were going to do unlike all the other contracters that came and gave me a quote and they said they can bring 4 guys in and take care of it over the weekend for me which I loved..I came in on Sunday they started the job on Friday night and Sunday I walked in and the place looked so different from what it use to looked like it was amazing..it was a old building and they made it look like a brand new building from 2017 ..they fixed all the cracks,painted all the walls and trim..I could not believe how fast they did it wit the crew they had..thanks so much.. My doctor dad loved it so much he gave them. $400 tip

Comments: Would work from 11am-3pm with an hour lunch break every day when they would show up. Their power washer broke and so the painted over dirt. Their idea of replacing rotten wood was put tons of caulk on it. After a month I had to let them go and pay someone else to fix all their bad work and finish. They also took $1000 draw for the coming weak and never came back.
Colby promised us a job he had on his ranch..which he con us so he could get over $2000 of free work on his interior which we never got paied for..he said you do all this free work on the inside of my house ill give you my ranch to paint..when we started the exterior he said his co worker got caught up in a sex scandal at work his partner and now its on hold because he got fired..now we are out $2000 because of it..but we where ready to finish the outside anyway but he was afraid of losing his job at work he tried everything he could to fire us so he would not have to pay us for the exterior of the job..so he could paint it himself and save money over his coworker sex scandal

Comments: Do not hire. Check other reviews. I hired them to paint my new home. They came in one day primed. I went out of town for the weekend- they were supposed to start painting. Ended up leaving and coming back on Sunday to finish the entire job. That sounds great but they did a terrible job. Streaks all over walls. Then when I called they said they would come back out to touch up...gave me a date for it of June 17th and never showed. Then when I called and texted no response.
She was the 1 that keeped moving the touch up date 4 times at the end we tried to touch up the walls and she keeped moving the dates further and further. Untill she would not even anwser the phone untill 2 weeks later wanting us to come in that same day and we could not do it in that time frame

Ron was neat and careful and left things nice and clean. He power washed the street, curb and sidewalk and repainted some metal railings which look like new now. Work Description: ProMark Painting did a major painting project for exterior house walls, trim, and doors on my home/garage and workshop building.

Comments: Outstanding Job!!
ProMark Painting did a major painting project for exterior house walls, trim, and doors on my home/garage and workshop building.
They did a great job on power-washing of all the areas to be worked on, as well as the driveways and pool deck.
They were here for several days and left the area tidy and clean at the end of each day.
The attention to detail was excellent with extra touches such as caulking to corners under porch roof which created neater / sharper lines and edges. Pricing was also very fair.
They stayed dedicated to the job even with hot temperatures in the mid-90’s.
Ron came back for some touch-up work that needed done after the final tape was pulled off around a door handle and left a small area that needed attention.
Our neighbors (2) saw the great job that they were doing and scheduled them to do some work for them as well.
I would recommend ProMark Painting for any painting job inside or outside.

Comments: Ron and his crew did an outstanding job painting the exterior of my 2 story home and an additional pool building. Ron was very attentive to our needs and he even assisted us in selecting the colors. He pressured wash 2 drives and the walkway around the swimming pool. In addition, I was impress with his initiative to perform other painting chores that were not part of the contract but from his point of view would make the project more aestheically pleasing. I especially like the manner in which he and his crew cleaned up after themselves. He is a true professional. I am negotiating some more additonal work. Comments: Ron and his crew did an outstanding job painting the interior wall in my new home. Their cut lines along the ceilings were straight as an arrow and they worked clean and quickly. Ron phoned me on a few occasions during the process just to be certain I was getting exactly what I wanted. They even cam back after our walk thru and did a few minor touch ups for me at no extra coast. I still have a few bathrooms to paint, I will not hesitate in calling Ron and his crew at Promark again. Plus..the price was VERY reasonable.
