I can only rate them at a 4 right now, because it hasn't rained yet as to find out whether or not what ACE, LLC did has stopped my water infiltration problem in my house.

Comments: Based upon the photos of the before and after work and the seemingly knowledgeable repairman that was sent to our home, I'm hoping that I don't get anymore water in my house. Mark was really very nice and a fast worker. I had requested referrals for roofers, called ACE very early on Tuesday morning, and Mark called me at 7:30 a.m. to set up an appointment to come over that SAME DAY! I was astonished. I think he was done with the repairs before 1:00 p.m. I'm waiting for the next big rainstorm to see if there will be anymore water spots on my ceilings. All the reviews I've seen for ACE are very good, so I'm hopeful all will be well.

Comments: I placed the request online in the late evening to fix a pesky roof leak we couldn't find the source of ourselves and the company owner called me a bit after nine the next morning asking if he could see the roof at ten THAT MORNING!...He was there at quarter to ten and immediately inspected, evaluated, quoted price and said he could BY HIMSELF do the repair immediately with the CORRECT COLOR! He was finished in twenty minutes and fixed some things we didn't know were wrong! The cost was much below what we expected! He was fast, efficient and thorough! I recommend this company to everyone!

They explained everything in detail and we also liked that he showed pictures of the issues so we could better understand what he was working on. We will be looking to replace our roof in the next few years and will definitely call ACE again.

Comments: have had to hire someone else to fix their repair. they will not respond to messages. have had to dispute the credit charge to try to get the money back from them to pay the contractor hired to fix their mistakes. will be contacting the BBB. do not hire them, if you have a problem, they won't respond. I have left numerous messages, I have better things to do with my time and money than chase after contractors who are unable to do the job they were hired for.

After my initial quote and deposit, the roof was replaced in a timely manner (started on a Monday, which was 2 days after settlement and the job was completed within 6 days of settlement - way within the 6 week time limit that I had). After reading reviews and requesting estimates from 2 contractors, I received an email from Mark at All-in-1 to schedule an appt (within 30 minutes of submitting my request!). Mark communicated clearly when the scheduled appt needed to change, & called before coming over early. He assessed the damage, did a complete roof inspection, gave me an estimate within my price range, and offered to do the work on the spot!
