Work Description: I obtained a Bid to replace the underlayment on a Rental Home in Chandler, Az. The Roof is Concrete Tile and 24 years old. The heat over the years burnt out the underlayment. The Tile has to be removed and reinstalled.
Comments: Bob gave a bid within 24 hours of see the job. Provided a GAF underlayment with a 20 years warranty. He is also currently our low bidder.Mesa AZ
