Work Description: Sump pump replacement
Comments: If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't deal with this guys, period. They are hugely overpriced (1000 for sump pump replacement!) Stated that pump is top of the line, lied about it as pump was cheap, $150 pump that lasted a year. They came back for warranty repairs, and blamed the outlet for pump being burned down - he was shocked when plug was removed. I did not personally felt the shock (my electrician will check it) but should the person that installed pump in a first place check it? Technician that installed pump was no longer with the company - he was fired for poor performance, but they never excepted the blame, and charged me another $425 for... you guessed, another cheap pump!!! Claiming that they give me a "favor" as "faulty outlet" would void my warranty! Summary - there is a lot of choices out there, please, give yourself a favor - looks somewhere else.On a plus side - technicians were very polite and professional

Work Description: Thiefs! Messy, flooded my basement and didn't clean it up.
Comments: 2 guys came out and dumped water down my sink and flooded a part of my finished basement. They said my Liberty Pump went out and it's a special order, very expensive pump. They quoted me $1600 for the pump and $200 for labor. I had never heard of the pump before so I trusted them. Turns out the pump is only $230! I called the owner and he told me to give him until Friday to talk to his brother and the 2 guys. He offered me a $800 refund, which means I'm still paying $1000 for a 1/3 hp $230 pump! I explained that it was not good enough, I was not paying over $750 for a 45 min install! I began to get heated because I hate being taken advantage of! He told me I had to pay for his guys travel, his insurance, his car payment.... I asked if I got 3 written quotes, would he match one, he said no. I also had them fix a fridge water line leak, after they were done, it was worse than before they "fixed it".He ended up hanging up on me instead of being honest!

Work Description: Totally unprofessional, messy, no respect for personal property. No uniforms business cards invoice very questionable, no written estimate.
Comments: Would never have them in my home again nor would I ever recommend to anyone else.... The only good thing I can say about this company is they came when no one else would...-
