Work Description: Remove snow from roof, and remove ice.
Comments: Did a great job on snow, poor job on ice removal, claimed it was worse than he thought,was too busy taking on jobs with my neighbors. He couldn't complete what he was contracted to do. Didn't chip one channel on the back of my roof, only through down rock salt. He had too many jobs, not enough manpower. Paid $650 for a job half done.Guilford CT
