Comments: We hired Dayami Cardoso to place a new roof on my home. For over a year I have made numerous attempts to contact her as we have leaks throughout the home after it only being done 1 1/2 years ago. She gave me a 10 year warranty on the roof, but how good is a warranty if the company or the owner, who was willing to come out when I paid her $8000, but cant give me the courtesy as an elderly woman to come out and visualize the leaks on the flat roof. We have tried everything not to have to hire an attorney, as the DBPR wanted to give me an attorney after reviewing my case. Just today with all the rain, it is leaking under the flat roof, that she ASSURED me how solid it was, and that it could even hold a 15 year warranty. People will say anything until they are paid, and she disappeared. My hope in writing this review, is that she will come to her senses and correct the issue as it would only cost them a minimal amount. If I have to take her to court, she will be forced to hire an atorrney, and when my attorney shows the judge all evidence of the warranty of the flat roof, and the leaks under the flat roof, she will be liable for much, much more than just to abide by her warranty. I will pray for her.-
