Comments: I have never had such a speedy response to a repair job. I was amazed at how quickly I got a call from several of your suppliers. The first one who called, A Plus, was here in less than three hours. He was very efficient, friendly, and helpful, and fixed the problem quickly.

Work Description: I had the torsion springs replaced on my garage door.
Comments: I called A+ Garage Door Co. and spoke to Ed on the phone, he was very friendly and was able to come out the same day I called, he was on time and very professional. He replaced the torsion springs for exactly the price he quoted, very reasonable, he finished the job in around 40 minutes start to finish, he lubricated the tracks and replaced four wheels at no charge, even left extras just in case we need to replace in the near future. My garage door runs so smoothly and quiet now. I would one hundred percent recommend and use this company in the future and I would make sure that Ed came out and did the work, he is excellent!

Work Description: Broken hinge on one piece wooden "tilt" door.
Comments: Ed was not only on time, but arrived a bit early! He was very nice to deal with and as an added bonus to just replacing my broken hinge (not spring), the garage door opener is much quieter now than ever before! This indicates to me a much better balanced, smoother operating door. I would absolutely recommend his work.
