Comments: I normally do not place negative comments but needed to share so others know what to expect. We had chimney work and a roof re-shingled. Nicholas, the main contact, did the chimney work and subcontracted the roofing.Throughout the job, Nicholas did not seem to care about our property though numerous acts. He also kept trying to modify the project and add additional cost to the job. This happens with contractors, but it was very annoying after multiple attempts. He was the main English-speaking person, and during the re-shingling process he was gone for large portions of time. This led to communication problems when questions developed. This caused some major issues. His son tried very hard to help but had a hard time translating.
The positive aspect was that the subcontracted roofing crew seem to care about doing their best job and cleaned up the roofing debris. The chimney debris was not cleaned up well, but I feel this delinquency belongs to Nicholas.
I did not notice until the next day, that I might need to have some of their work fixed, but I am very reluctant to have Nicholas return to fix the issues.

Comments: I'll rate again after the work is completed, however, they said they would do the work - didn't show - said "they forgot". Next day, they showed up but would not do the work without being paid first. So I now have to make a third trip to the site. If that is their policy, they should make it know when they commit. Work Description: We started out doing the gutters, roof vent, and the roof of an outbuilding. Then we went ahead and had them install a new roof on the main house. We also plan to have them install a new chimney. Our neighbors want them to do work on their house also.
