Work Description: Bathroom, Kitchen Remodel, home
Comments: Initially I thought this was going to be a great company to work with. Mr. Tony seemed very genuine. His initial estimate was too low for the work he agreed to preform. I am not a contactor but I knew that cost as not accurate. There were so many issues I don't know where to start. He could not measure a space accurately. I purchased a shower based on his measurements, only for him to have to take it back because he did not measure the slant of the room. I purchase two cabinets for the kitchen when only one would fit, also based on his measurements. He told me the bathroom had enough room for us to put in a 27" compact washer and dryer, but when he finished the bathroom the amount of space left was less than 22". He charged me an extra $1800 for this work and I can not even put in a washer and dryer. Plus the shower unit is not sealed and is shifting. It is also does not drain because it is not positioned properly. The toilet was not bolted down. The socket for the washer and dryer was not connected and put in upside down. He left of molding off the walls. The cabinet in the kitchen was not secured to the wall. The sink was placed in the cabinet crooked and the pipe leaked. He supposed hired a electrician to wire in new baseboard heaters, but when we tried to turn the heaters on it tripped the breaker and the power for the entire house. We had another electrician come out to see what was going on and he check the heaters, they were not installed properly and the wiring was not check. We will have to pay to have the wiring fixed. There were light switches that were under the molding and instead of moving them over he just cut the molding around it and told us it could not be moved. We had to get another contractor to move the light fixture. We had to call him back constantly to fix so many issues. His excuse was his workers were making the mistakes. I understand workers not working properly but as the owner of the company and the person I paid I expected him to over see the work. He also told us the job would take 2 -3 week he stated in May the job was still not finished in at the end of July. Some things did look ok like the installation of our windows, but I am very scared about the things I cannot see and the corners that have been cut. I wish this would have turn out better.High Point NC

Work Description: Monica Painters repaired many holes, primed, and painted 6 rooms and a stair case, repaired a shed, repaired a fence, repaired the roof, pressure washed the outside, and anything else we asked.
Comments: They were all very friendly and comfortable to be with and in fact today was their last day and it was sad to see them go. I can not say that about any of the other painters I have hired in my 60 years and will have no one else come to our home but Monica painting. They were there when they said they would be, always had me check their job to be sure I was happy, and completed anything I asked. Their prices were very reasonable as well and always willing to do extras at reasonable prices.

Comments: These painters did an excellent job and were available on very short notice over the weekend. They were neat, professional, and friendly. When I noticed I was not completely satisfied with one of the rooms, they came back early the next day to complete the job. Work Description: Paint interior of house inclusive of ceiling (repairing three damaged areas), base boards, all closets, doors, windows, and repair disjointed cracks connect wall to ceiling.
Comments: Painter was overwhelmingly punctual. Workers appeared to have forgotten unfinished work by failing to complete base boards, closet doors and ceiling until final check was made. At the final check, painter informed customer that he could not re-popcorn the ceiling. Painter left with one or two minor things undone (that have subsequently been completed by owner). Plainter claimed that interior of front door could not be painted because it was considered an exterior door yet the interior back door was painted. Painter failed to recognize what supplies he needed to paint the interior doors satisfactorily. Painter obviously under estimated his costs.The work that was done was quality work; however, he had to be reminded that he failed to complete certain places. Perhaps the contract needed to be more detailed!
