Description: Although we only recently opened our doors as 3rd Generation Design & Construction LLC on October 17, 2013, we have over thirty five years of experience in the construction industry.
We offer both construction management and design build general contracting services and we are as adept in new construction as we are in renovation projects, within both the commercial and residential environments. Our well-developed project management skills enable us in assisting our clients in controlling project costs, and provide us with the tools we need to maintain an on time project completion schedule.

We are passionate in our belief that a distinctly different, service-oriented, personal approach to the construction industry would differentiate us from our competition.
