To each their own, I suppose: I personally wouldn't choose to live on top of a parking garage, even if it was robotic! But Russell Galbut apparently feels differently, as he's building a massive mansion square on top of a parking garage in South Beach. I know people are hurting for space to build in that exclusive and cramped market, but this seems a little excessive!
The luxury home will have great views -- of both Miami and, er, the car lifts used in the robotic garage. It will also include a range of terraces and, of course, racquetball courts. Let's hope he has a good Miami contractor to build his 17,000 square foot apartment!
