Having a roof installed or replaced is an expensive undertaking. With all the time, work and money involved, the question that's begging to be asked is, "Should I get a roofing warranty?"
Though it may seem like the logical thing to do, many warranties have limited coverage and a tiered system full of fine print exclusions. These include things like damage from mother nature, lack of homeowner maintenance and Improper installation.
