New York Hit Hard in Hurricane; Baltimore Fared Better

The Baltimore Sun reported that the impact of Hurricane Sandy was less than anticipated, though Maryland did endure power outages and flood damage. Nevertheless, Baltimore handymen have their work cut out for them. More than 200 trees in Baltimore fell, and much of Harford County is still waiting for power to be restored.
