Make Furniture Reassembly Easy

If you're moving house, or even just relocating large pieces of furniture from one room to another, you often find yourself disassembling your beds, desks, cabinets and shelving. In order to remember which screws and brackets belong to which piece of furniture, grab some small resealable bags and a roll of masking tape. As you take apart your furniture, put the hardware into a baggie. Tape the bag to the disassembled furniture; when you go to put everything back together, it'll be a snap to know what goes where. If your furniture only has a few screws, you can tape them directly to the piece without using a bag.
