HVAC Tip: Creating Efficient Water Heating Systems

Our Atlanta plumbing and electrical writer Carl Seville, also known as "The Green Curmudgeon," has been making waves on Networx recently with his thought provoking series of articles questioning the logic of common "green" practices.
This week, he looked at tankless water heaters and the realities of properly designing a water heating system.
One important tip about system design he shared was to locate several smaller tankless water heaters around the house, closer to where the water needs to be used. This will help increase efficiency and waste less water.
