If your dream is to have a lush, green yard, but you lack a large plot of property, have hope.
Used for years in Scandinavia, roof gardens provide rain water management and a smart place to grown your own fruits or vegetables amongst other benefits.
While not appropriate for every location, a roof garden would do well in a climate like the Pacific Northwest. So give a call to a Portland gardener if you love the idea, it's probably a bit to much to DIY!
