Beth Ann Norrgard spent much of her childhood in her dad's workshop with him, learning the tools of the trade. But, somehow, this Dallas carpenter found herself working a desk job in later life, and wondering when she'd given up on doing the things she loved. So she decided to make a radical career transition, trading in her keyboard for a hammer.
During the day, she continues working in a law firm, but in the evenings, she's out working on her tiny house -- and she plans to eventually form a tiny house community filled with people interested in the tiny house lifestyle. Her 112 foot, $25,000 house should be livable by Christmas!
