Curtain Divider for Loft Apartments

Those that live in lofts probably know that privacy is hard to come by - especially if you live with another person! Creating an intimate space by building a wall is a fine idea, but it's also an expensive idea. Instead, scour local flea markets and yard sales for a large curtain or two (they don't have to match!). Once you've found a pattern that you love, purchase a large piece of nylon rope. By threading the curtain through the rope, and attaching the rope to opposing walls, you can create a romantic space that's all your own. Photo credit: Adinanycapartments.com.
