Wall cubbies are one of the best ways to get a kids room organized. Wall cubbies can be a great place to store books, crafts, photos and more. Set aside a weekend to construct these with your kids. Kids of all ages can get involved in the process and you'll really save a few dollars by making your own. Add these supplies to our shopping list or see what you've got in you tool box to get started: A few (depending on how many cubbies you'll be making) 12 x 12 and 11 x 12 pieces of plywood, jigsaw, glue, nails, sanding paper, screws and anchors, Velcro tape and some fabric. Within a few hours, you'll have some fantastic and functional storage cubbies for your toddler or teen. View this video to learn how to build wall cubbies. Photo Credit: Target.com
